Caro Llewellyn

Caro Llewellyn is an experienced CEO with a global reputation for creativity, innovation, and leadership. She is a proven fixer of intractable organisational and financial problems and has steered organisations through financial crises and the Covid pandemic. She has delivered significant organisation-wide cultural change, while growing audiences, and deepening engagement through customer focused experiences, marketing, brand, and communication strategies.

Until recently, she was CEO of Melbourne's Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas and was formally CEO and Artistic Director of Sydney Writers’ Festival during some of its most successful financial and artistic years.  She was also the artistic director of the PEN World Voices Festival of International Literature chaired by Salman Rushdie in New York, and the Paris-based Festival des Écrivains du Monde, among others. She is co-Chair of the Blak & Bright First Nations Literary Festival, Chair of the Suburban Review, and sits of the Board of the Summer Foundation.  She is an alum of the Harvard Business School Authentic Leadership Course and author of the Stella Prize shortlisted memoir, Diving into Glass. She has multiple sclerosis and is a sought-after public speaker sharing her insights on leadership, disability, access and inclusion.

Rosemary Willink, PhD, GAICD.

Rosemary is an accomplished creative industries executive who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity and commerce.

She has deep expertise in strategy, business models, governance and digital which she extends in her role on the boards of Canstar, Australia's largest ratings and financial comparison website and West Space, a leading independent contemporary visual arts organisation in Melbourne.

Rosemary has a PhD on architecture's  cultural and economic values in the creative industries (UQ) and a Masters of Contemporary Art (Sotheby's Institute)..
